There are many Call Logging solutions available in the UK but all have been replicated from other items available. Focom systems have been designed and constructed from scratch and the LJ Logging wheel is round unlike some others. I have dealt with Focom for many years and have instructed its product into many large corporations throughout the UK. Presently, we have an LJ Logging system at our flag ship site in Westminster called JB&C. The simplistic installation was performed and to this day it has been error free, producing daily, weekly , monthly reports for its operatives.

I have used the lumberjack LJ500 for the last 6 months, as a sales manager that need quick and easy access to statistics for a phone based sales team I have found the LJ500 ideal for this. It will auto generate the reports that I need both daily and weekly meaning I can see what I want when I want. I have found it extremely user friendly both to add extensions and generate customized reports.

A relatively simple initial set up procedure saw us being able to generate reports one day after purchasing the software. I have no hesitation in recommending the LJ500 for reporting with in an outbound sales environment.
